We're Hiring: In-Home Program Manager
Location: South Central Pennsylvania
Full-Time | Exempt | 40 Hours/Week
Reports to: Assistant Executive Director

We are a trusted, non-profit provider with deep roots in our community—and we’re looking for a compassionate, driven, and organized leader to help us grow and lead our In-Home Services Program.

About the Role
As In-Home Program Manager, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of our In-Home Program, ensuring our clients receive professional, person-centered care in alignment with their individual goals and our agency’s mission.

You’ll manage a team of caregivers and administrative professionals, drive program compliance and quality, and play an active role in expanding our services throughout the community.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the In-Home Program
- Manage, train, and support program staff
- Monitor service compliance and respond to shift issues
- Assist with budgeting and collaborate with the Fiscal team
- Ensure provider qualifications meet payor standards
- Lead or support external audits and community outreach
- Update policies/procedures and support staff onboarding
- Represent PennCares in meetings and hearings
- Support census growth, utilization, and staff development
- Participate in trainings and on-call scheduling
-Assist in creation of schedules for consumers within authorization guidelines

- Proven leadership and management skills
- A strong understanding of in-home services and regulatory compliance
- Experience in program development, staff training, and budgeting
- Ability to balance compassion with accountability
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel locally as needed
- Respect for confidentiality and a commitment to quality care
