Starting Compensation: $42,000–$82,000 annually (hourly base + bonuses)
Branch Manager Compensation: $108,000–$180,000+ annually
Management-Training Timeframe: 5–7 Months
NPI is hiring high-potential professionals for our Branch Manager Training Program located at our headquarters in Columbia, Maryland. This paid 5–7 month development track is designed to build strong sales leaders through hands-on retail marketing, team development, and strategic campaign execution.
Graduates of the program are promoted into Branch Management roles, leading customer service campaigns across regional territories.
Training Program Responsibilities (5–7 Months):
* Provide in-store customer service (Costco, Sam’s Club, BJ’s Wholesale)
* Learn campaign operations, performance tracking, and reporting
* Master face-to-face sales strategies and territory management
* Mentor new representatives and participate in team development
* Attend weekly leadership and business-building workshops
Branch Manager Responsibilities (Post-Promotion):
* Oversee retail campaigns and lead an in-store sales team
* Set performance goals and drive territory productivity
* Recruit, train, and develop team members
* Collaborate with client reps to report outcomes and improve strategies
* Plan and execute team meetings, field training, and market growth
* Manage internal promotions and support expansion efforts
