About the Role
Secure Right Systems is offering a hands-on learning opportunity for students interested in careers in Low Voltage Installation within residential construction. As an IT Wiring Technician Intern, you’ll work alongside experienced technicians to gain exposure to the setup, installation, and troubleshooting of modern low voltage systems.

What You’ll Learn

Installation and setup of CCTV and security camera systems

Data cabling (CAT5, CAT6) for home and office networks

TV mounting and home theater setup

Security system integration and testing

Best practices in safety, wiring standards, and residential construction environments

Ideal Candidate

Curious, motivated, and eager to learn by doing

Comfortable using basic hand tools

Interested in IT, construction, or electrical trades

No prior experience required — training and guidance provided

Location: Washington, DC Metropolitan Area (Residential job sites)
