Atlantic Coast Mortgage, LLC (“ACM”) is seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Assistant to join our team. This role includes managing CRM updates, preparing handwritten notes and closing gifts, coordinating events, social media execution, and assisting with co-branded marketing efforts. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with an interest in client engagement and business development.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist with content creation for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

• Manage posting and scheduling content using social media management tools.

• Monitor social media engagement and help brainstorm ways to improve reach and performance.

• Stay up to date with current social media trends and suggest fresh ideas.

• Help coordinate social campaigns for events, community initiatives, and loan officer promotions.

• Swiftness to get projects and tasks completed to meet deadlines.

 

Qualifications:

• Strong familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

• Design skills (Canva or Adobe).

• Creative mindset and willingness to learn.

• Strong writing skills with an eye for engaging, brand-aligned content.

• Basic knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Canva, Later, Hootsuite, or similar).

• Creative thinker who enjoys storytelling and visual branding.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once.

• A positive team player with a willingness to learn and grow in a marketing and business development environment.
