(Junior) Asset Management Associate

The Asset Management Associate will manage a portfolio of senior and affordable housing assets, with a focus on maximizing value and minimizing risk. The Asset Management Associate will work closely with the Asset Management team to implement strategic initiatives and improve operational performance. The ideal candidate will have a deep interest and/or understanding of the real estate market, strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of maximizing asset performance.
