Salary Range $50,000 - $65,000 based on experience

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a creative and motivated Marketing Associate to join our collaborative team.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Marketing Associate will support the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives by assisting with proposal creation, graphic design, website updates, marketing research, and other related projects. This role is ideal for someone with a creative mindset, strong attention to detail, and an eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced professional environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proposal Development: Assist with the preparation, formatting, and design of marketing proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Graphic Design: Create visually appealing materials including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and internal communications using brand guidelines.
- PowerPoint Design: Develop and enhance PowerPoint presentations for firm events, meetings, and client engagements.
- Website Maintenance: Update and maintain the firm’s website content, including news, bios, and service pages, ensuring information is current and accurate.
- Marketing Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to support marketing and business development strategies.
- Brand Support: Ensure all marketing materials and communications align with the firm’s branding and messaging standards.
- Administrative Support: Assist with event planning, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 1-5 years of relevant marketing experience; experience in a professional services or accounting firm a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience with website content management systems (CMS) preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Creative thinker with a collaborative spirit and a proactive approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
