Logistics and Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful individual to serve as the Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator of a dynamic technology-focused government contracting firm. This unique role blends strategic oversight of related initiatives, including property renovations, office and warehouse management, and event/schedule coordination.

Property & Project Oversight

• Act as project manager for construction and renovation efforts across multiple properties, including a historic home, office spaces, and warehouse facilities.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and vendors to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Track progress, manage documentation, and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on schedule.

Operational & Facilities Management

• Oversee maintenance and improvements of office and warehouse spaces, ensuring functionality, safety, and efficiency.
• Support logistics, inventory, and vendor relationships related to facility operations.
• Implement systems and processes to streamline property and asset management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of relevant work experience, relevant work experience can be substituted in lieu of a degree
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Fluent in Spanish, oral required, written preferred
• Excellent problem solving ability
• Eagerness to improve technical capabilities
• Willingness to go above and beyond to complete tasks and projects
• Strong project management skills, in construction, renovation, or facilities oversight preferred.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Discretion, professionalism, and a proactive mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across business and personal domains.
