Located at our Calverton, MD office. We are seeking motivated and goal-driven individuals to join our team as Financial Services Agents specializing in life insurance solutions. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about helping individuals, families, and businesses protect their future, build financial security, and create generational wealth.
As a Financial Services Agent, you will provide clients with personalized strategies using life insurance products and related financial solutions. You will receive ongoing training, mentorship, and resources to help you succeed while building a rewarding career with unlimited growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect, network, and build lasting relationships with individuals, families, and businesses.
Conduct needs-based financial assessments to identify suitable insurance and retirement solutions.
Present and explain life insurance products, including Term, Whole Life, and Indexed Universal Life (IUL) policies, as well as annuities.
Educate clients on wealth-building strategies such as tax-advantaged retirement planning and estate preservation.
Assist clients with applications, underwriting, and policy servicing.
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
Maintain compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
Participate in team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Life Insurance license (or willingness to obtain—training provided).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-driven, disciplined, and goal-oriented with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Sales, customer service, or financial services experience is a plus, but not required.
