What you’ll do as a Director of Business Development:
- Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to grow our home care client base
- Build relationships with hospitals, rehabs, senior living communities, and care professionals
- Conduct sales visits, presentations, and networking activities
- Meet with families exploring home care services and guide them through their options
- Become an expert in consultative, relationship-centered sales
- Manage and develop outreach strategies that convert into sales
- Work alongside supportive leaders to improve sales and customer service skills through weekly coaching sessions
