Help Desk Technician

  • Provide Level 1 help desk support via ticketing system, phone, and email
  • Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and fundamental network issues
  • Support Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
  • Assist with user account setup, password resets, and device onboarding
  • Escalate complex issues to senior technicians
  • Document solutions and follow IT best practices
  • Hardware repair

Required Skills / Qualifications

  • Must live in the location requirements areas listed below 
  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed an IT-related program
  • Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow documented processes
  • Computer Hardware knowledge

Valid driver’s license and reliable car in good working condition

Preferred Skills

Experience with help desk or ticketing systems

Basic understanding of networking concepts

Interest in cloud technologies or cybersecurity

Prior internship or IT support experience (not required)
