Pool Manager

The Pool Manager oversees the daily operations of The Ridge Swim Club, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for members and guests throughout the summer season. This role is responsible for technical pool operations and safety compliance, as well as supervising lifeguards and pool staff. The Pool Manager also handles administrative functions, including staffing and scheduling. Strong organizational, leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Prior supervisory experience is preferred. The pool's season runs from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The position is approximately 20-25 hours per week, with additional hours in April and May to prepare for the pool's opening. Pay starts at $18.00/hour. 

Requirements

• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification required, or willingness to obtain certification prior to the pool's opening
• Lifeguard certification and CPR/AED certification preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30–50 lbs
