Data Analytics Intern

Position Purpose: Bank of Clarke is seeking a motivated Data Analytics Intern to join our Data Analytics group for the summer. This role is ideal for students who want hands-on experience in data preparation, visualization, and reporting. 

The internship position will have a weekly set schedule, with some flexibility based on the needs of the department as well as the intern.
 

What you’ll do:

  • Help collect, clean, and organize data from internal systems so it’s ready for analysis. 
  • Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards using tools like Power BI and Excel.
  • Assist with basic data analysis and help summarize trends to share with internal teams. 
  • Keep documentation up to date by tracking data sources, updates, and processes. 
  • Work alongside analysts and business partners to learn requirements and help turn data into meaningful insights.

 

Where You’ll Shine:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields. 
  • Familiarity with Excel and Power BI. 
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new tools and techniques. 
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
