HR Assistant Intern

Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support daily HR office operations and provide information to applicants and employees.
  • Schedule and attend recruitment events.
  • Conduct interviews and assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate employee and applicant records and ensure compliance with HR procedures.
  • Assist with organizing recruitment and promotional events and creating online content.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, applicants, clients, and community partners.
  • Handle concerns or complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
  • Conduct basic market research and update spreadsheets and databases with relevant data.
  • Uphold company values, follow safety practices, and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Proficiency using MS Office Suite, including Outlook & MS Teams
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Well organized and able to communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.
  • Available to work 45 per week.

Program Dates:

  • Program starts in April 2026 until August 2026.

Eligibility:

  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program
  • GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
