Pay Range: $110,000 - $150,000
Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Hardware Engineer to design and develop mixed-signal hardware systems. This role involves end-to-end hardware development including schematic design and multilayer PCB layout (Altium Designer), along with board-level design of FPGA and ARM-based systems. The candidate will also contribute to DSP-level design and signal processing integration, combined with analog front-end design (signal conditioning, filtering, sensor interfacing), to build reliable, production-ready hardware systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Design hardware systems based on FPGA, ARM, and DSP-oriented architectures (board-level)
Develop schematics and multilayer PCB layouts using Altium Designer
Design multilayer PCBs with controlled impedance, differential pairs, and proper stack-up
Apply signal integrity best practices
Design and integrate mixed-signal circuits (analog + digital)
Develop analog front-end circuits (signal conditioning, filtering, sensor interfacing)
Perform hardware bring-up, testing, debugging, and validation
Troubleshoot issues at board and system level
Collaborate with firmware engineers for integration
Support DFM/DFT and transition to manufacturing
Preferred Skills:
Master’s or PhD degree in electrical engineering or related field
Experience with LVDS, Ethernet, or similar interfaces
Analog signal conditioning and measurement front-end design
Experience with ADC-based systems
Familiarity with power electronics
Experience with hardware bring-up and debugging
