Service Coordination Intern (Spring Semester)

Service Coordination Intern: Assist with coordination of internal and external client service requests. Administrative duties as described in responsibilities.

* Able to work in the Gaithersburg and Largo office on a scheduled basis:

30 West Watkins Mill Road, Gaithersburg AND 9475 Lottsford Road, Largo


 

Essential Duties:

- Always provide excellent client service to all internal and external clients

- Assist in answering phones and email messages in friendly, professional manner

- Assist with service dispatch process

- Assist Fleet Manager with vehicle administrative tasks including changing vehicle plates and tags

- Organize and file electronic data

- Other duties as assigned


 

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing college degree

- Available to work 10 - 15 hours per week

- Able to work in the Gaithersburg and Largo office on a scheduled basis

- Office experience is strongly preferred

- Able to lift 25lbs and perform light physical tasks

- Positive attitude, self-starter, strong client service skills, works well with others

- Strong computer and phone skills

- Excellent communication and organizational skills
