About this Job
Our Shipping Operations Intern will be working with our Clinical Operations Manager, Director of Clinical Operations and Chief Operating Officer and others across the organization to support clinical and operations initiatives. This role will be a part-time or full-time position based out of our Bethesda, MD corporate office (in-person Monday - Friday).
What you'll be doing
- Ship supplies to Evenly’s field team
- Ship product to Evenly’s patients
- Research patient information for shipping purposes
- Order shipping supplies
- Update patient information system with shipping tracking information
- Receive inbound shipments and manage inventory
- Schedule patients for mid-treatment clinical appointments
- Prepare supply orders for approval
What you'll bring
- Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Efficient at using computer systems and learning new software
- Experience working with orthodontists, dentists and patients a plus
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
