Dental Assistant

We are looking for a motivated Dental Assistant to join our team and help deliver top-tier dental care in a friendly and professional environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist the dentist during procedures, ensuring efficiency and patient comfort
- Take and develop digital X-rays
- Use an intraoral scanner for digital impressions (experience preferred but not required)
- Support the fabrication of same-day CEREC crowns and 3D-printed appliances
- Maintain and organize operatories, following strict infection control protocols
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and oral hygiene
- Assist with front desk operations as needed (scheduling, patient check-in)
- Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records
What We’re Looking For:
- Maryland Dental Radiology License (Required)
- Previous experience as a dental assistant preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
- Comfort with dental technology and a willingness to learn intraoral scanning, CEREC, and 3D printing
- Strong understanding of infection control and sterilization protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $22.89 - $27.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
