Marketing Automation Support

Responsibilities:

  • For operational marketing automation consulting, role is to support Client in plenty of activities regarding Email Marketing Campaigns, Personalization Campaigns or A/B Tests with Adobe Marketo.
  • These activities are or could be:
  • Landing page and form building
  • Build up (concepted) Personalization Campaigns
  • Build up (concepted) A/B Tests for existing Campaigns
  • Set up and execute drip/nurture campaigns with complex logic
  • Audience Segmentation
  • Creation of lead scoring rules to drive conversions
  • Data hygiene to increase marketo database and enhance delivery rates
  • Data enrichment
  • Database Optimization: support efforts for strong data hygiene including the build of normalization campaigns, enriching campaigns, data segmentations, deliverability campaigns, and overall database clean up and templatization.
  • Maintain marketing forms for compliance and optimization
  • Work within Wrike for marcom project management

Requirements:

  • Marketo Certified Expert
  • B2B marketing automation experience with at least 5+ years of admin experience in Marketo and strong experience with Salesforce.
  • Experience working within a matrix organization. Previous agency experience a plus.
  • A strong understanding of database structure, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution.
  • Ability to understand, assess, and implement lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, personalization, and other lead/customer management practices.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
  • Indepth knowledge of compliance regulation (eg, CAN-SPAM)
