
Front Desk Manager
Replay Baseball is seeking a part time professional to work our front desk weekdays from 4PM-9PM. Responsibilities include:
Greet and assist guests upon arrival, manage check-ins and check-outs, and
handle any inquiries or issues.
Scheduling:
Manage facility scheduling, including booking cages, coordinating check-in, and
updating the schedule.
Team Support:
Provide support to the management, including training new staff, assisting with shift scheduling, and helping manage team performance.
Administrative Tasks:
Perform various administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and emails, managing paperwork, and maintaining records.
Financial Transactions:
Handle payments, process transactions, and reconcile cash and card sales via POS system and online.
Facility Management:
Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized, and that supplies are well-stocked.
Communication:
Liaise with coaches within the facility to ensure smooth operations and relay important information.
Customer Relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to enhance their experience and encourage repeat visits. Earn commission on membership sales.
Problem-Solving:
Address and resolve guest complaints or concerns efficiently and professionally.
Safety and Security:
Monitor the facility for safety and security concerns, and report any issues to the appropriate personnel.
