Entry Level Marketing Manager

Location: Columbia, MD (Opportunities in Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia regions)

Position Overview: We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Management Trainee program. This comprehensive program is designed to equip candidates with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in various facets of marketing and management. Please note, this is not a door-to-door, not a remote, and not a commission-only position. The role requires in-office training in Columbia, MD, three times a week, in addition to traveling to nearby retail locations for direct marketing engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of direct marketing campaigns.
• Engage with customers to provide product insights and drive brand awareness.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective marketing strategies.
• Participate in leadership development sessions to enhance managerial skills.
• Travel to various retail locations within the designated regions to support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent. 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential through academic or extracurricular activities.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to commute to Columbia, MD, for training and travel to retail sites as required.
