Junior Systems Analyst - Temporary

Description

WWC Global, an operating firm of Command Holdings, is currently seeking Junior Systems Analysts to serve on a contract supporting the Defense Health Agency.

Responsibilities for this position may include (but are not limited to):

  • Supporting the National Capital Region Network Director of Strategy with developing, implementing, and measuring model-based approaches for safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of care through the integrated delivery network of military hospitals and clinics.
  • leverage their expertise in evaluating the state of the science in near, mid, and far terms and the technical and medical breakthroughs that may impact how the Network can prevent, treat, and rehabilitate service members and their families.
  • Conducting interviews, facilitating discussions, and reviewing documents to develop recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Supporting responses and requests for information as required by senior leaders, and other internal/external stakeholders as well as experience tracking open action items and taskers.
  • Developing or providing input to briefings, responses, and other requests for administrative support as well as experience with the preparation for and conduct of, working group meetings.

 

Expected salary range: $80,000 - $90,000

This position is expected to end on or about September 29, 2025.

Work Environment:

  • Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone and printers) and /or occasional Loud noise (airfield, large equipment).
  • Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

Physical Demands:

  • While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to sit, stand, talk, and hear.
  • Employee is often required to sit and use their hands and fingers to operate a computer.

Travel:

  • 0-10% / Minimal travel.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Current, active Secret Security Clearance.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the military healthcare system and culture.
  • Core consulting skills (logically structuring information, PowerPoint, storyboarding, attention to detail) and the ability to quickly synthesize information.
  • Experience with leaders across the military healthcare system including conducting interviews, facilitating discussions, and reviewing documents to develop recommendations.
  • Experience supporting responses and requests for information as required by senior leaders
  • Experience tracking open action items and taskers
  • Must be able to perform duties independently.
  • Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and client focus.
  • Professional proficiency in English is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using all Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience supporting any ODASD.
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
